The green surroundings of the waterfall make the place even more beautiful.The beauty of waterfalls is also important for the tourism industry.



There are over 300 waterfalls in Sri Lanka.Among them,about 100-150 of the tallest and most popular waterfalls are especially notable.The tallest waterfall in Sri Lanka is Bambarakanda falls,located in the Badulla district.its height is 263 meters.In addition,there are bopath Ella and Diyaluma Falls as well.

                     πŸ‘‰     Katharagama πŸ‘ˆ Katharagama is a place I love to visit.This place is located in the Monaragala District of the  Uva Province.This is a place rich in religious and cultural heritage.This is a sacred city respected equally by Buddhists,Hindus,Muslims and christians. The annual Katharagama Perahera is one of the most famous religious festivals in Sri Lanka.I really like to watch this Perahera because it lasts for 15 days.   The Menik River is another feature that adds beauty to Katharagama. Katharagama Kiri Vehera is my favorite place.This is one of the places frequently visited by both local people and tourists. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ™πŸ™
